The Daily Telegraph's Career Page Updated Web Shots

I was asked to come back to The Daily Telegraph after doing headshots for their Diversity and Inclusion team to update their careers page website images.
Many of the team members on their website had since left the company or moved into new roles, and some of the facilities and benefits of the company weren't portrayed.
In addition a few team members had also seen my headshots from my previous visit and had hoped to get their portrait taken. So the brief was to get a mix of ambient professional candid shots of people in the work space, with a mix of details, hands, back of head shots as well as portraits with a day to capture it all.

It was easy enough to travel around the workspace without largely distracting from the day to day activities at the news paper while still capturing loads of candids, and with a few willing participants it was great to pose them to get particular shots that could be used indefinitely by the company without having to worry about future staff turnover.

A huge highlight for me is to capture headshot portraits, just posing people and letting them feel like part of the process is always immediately rewarding for every person involved.

Challenges:
- There wasn't much communcation between my new contact and myself at the Telegraph, everything was done through third party communication and unfortantely the contact who briefed and requested the shoot was off on the day of shooting. However, thanks to some covering and quick fire questions the rest of the team and I were able to discern a briefing and make workarounds to whatever hurdle we came across on the day.
Highlights:
- It's always great securing a second job from the same clients, it was lovely seeing the same faces again in their incredible London offices and being welcomed back by the team members I had worked with before.
- I'm happy that I was able to provide quality usable content assets to the team as well as brighten up the day of the new members requesting headshots.
